Looking south from the woodshop at an approaching July thunderstorm in Rico, Colorado.
Dozens and dozens of bulbs getting prepped to go into a few new chandeliers.
I believe I may have recreated the ancient bamboo torture technique in the shop today. A sliver of walnut made it deeper than the base of my nail and all I was doing was hand sanding! I don’t know why the instinct to laugh and jump in place kicked in. Glad the little wood bastard is out.
Local eye candy, because it’s beautiful.
